We are working with a firm who are looking for high-level candidates looking to step into a partner role or established partners, both requiring a following of clients.
We are seeking highly experienced and commercially driven Partner-level solicitors to join a top firm on a consultative basis. Candidates must bring an established client base and proven ability to generate their own work, along with the high-level technical expertise and strategic insight expected of senior practitioners.
This role offers exceptional autonomy, flexibility, and earnings potential that is unmatched by traditional law firm structures.

Location: Anywhere in UK – Remote working available
Earnings: Extremely generous and industry leading fee-sharing structure, plus earning potential on shared work opportunities and support from an internal business development team to help grow your practice.
Overall Purpose of the Role:
- To service and expand your client base while delivering high-quality legal work.
- To run matters independently, with full control over pricing, workflow, and strategy.
- To collaborate with colleagues on cross-department matters and shared client opportunities.
- To contribute to the firm’s profile through client development, networking, and thought leadership.
- To benefit from comprehensive operational, compliance, and BD support while maintaining full autonomy.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of your client work from instruction to completion.
- Provide high-level strategic and technical advice within your specialist area.
- Draft, negotiate, and review key legal documents as required by your practice.
- Develop new business with support from the firm’s BD team and structured growth plan.
- Contribute to the firm’s wider network through collaboration and cross-referrals.
- Uphold professional, ethical, and regulatory standards at all times.
Performance Measured By:
- Billing target and outcomes
- Client satisfaction and retention
- Quality and delivery of work
- Growth of personal client portfolio and fee generation
- Collaboration and contribution to the wider firm
Person Specification:
- Qualified solicitor (Flexible on jurisdiction but E&W preferred) with significant post-qualification experience and recognised expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to generate and grow your own client work.
- Strong drafting, advisory, and communication skills.
- Commercially minded with sound strategic judgment.
- Able to manage complex matters independently.
- Proficient with legal IT systems and self-directed working.
Desirable:
- Existing following or strong sector connections
- Experience as a Partner or senior consultant
- Experience mentoring or supervising others (optional)
