My client is seeking a Sales Manager to join their well run, close knit business, in Ely. This is predominantly a fully office-based role, working closely with international suppliers and partners. The role suits an experienced sales professional who enjoys leading from the front in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
Key duties include:
- Managing and developing the sales function to drive revenue growth
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and distributors
- Working closely with international suppliers
- Monitoring sales performance, forecasting, and reporting against KPIs
- Identifying new market opportunities and routes to market
- Attending trade shows and exhibitions
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in a sales management role
- Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation ability
- Confidence working with international suppliers or customers
- Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally on a quarterly basis would be desirable
