We are currently working alongside a not-for-profit organisation in Cambridge who are seeking an experienced Project & Research Manager to join their team on a full-time, hybrid basis.
Main duties will include:
- Manage research projects from initiation through to completion
- Develop surveys and questionnaires
- Gather and evaluate data
- Conduct interviews and run focus groups
- Prepare reports, presentations and briefings
- Convert complex information into clear, practical recommendations
- Liaise closely with clients, funders and stakeholders
- Assist in the development of new projects and funding proposals
- Ensure all research is conducted ethically and in accordance with data protection regulations
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience delivering research or evaluation projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience using quantitative and/or qualitative research methods
- The ability to interpret data and identify key trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Experience using research software such as SPSS, R, Stata or similar tools
