We are currently working with a highly regarded Top 150 UK law firm looking to recruit an Application Support Specialist into their growing IT and business support function based in Alconbury. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with either an IT support background or experience within the legal sector such as a Legal Secretary, Legal Assistant, or Junior Paralegal who enjoys systems, training, and helping colleagues get the best out of technology. The firm is known for its collaborative culture, strong staff retention, and continued investment in legal technology and operational improvement.

The role will involve supporting users across a range of legal and business applications while acting as a key point of contact for training, guidance, and system support.

Typical duties for the role will include:
