We are currently recruiting for an HR Administrator to join a busy recruitment function in Cambridge on a 3–5 month temporary contract.

This role will suit someone with previous HR or recruitment administration experience who enjoys the coordination and operational side of recruitment. You will support the recruitment process from application through to onboarding, while ensuring systems, documentation and candidate records are kept accurate and up to date.

  • Managing recruitment and HR systems, ensuring records are accurate and up to date
  • Coordinating interviews, candidate communications and recruitment administration
  • Supporting the wider HR and recruitment team with projects and general operational tasks

Previous experience within HR administration, recruitment administration or recruitment coordination.

A genuine interest in recruitment and candidate experience.

Experience using HR or recruitment systems.
