Our client, a global organisation is currently recruiting for a Electronics Engineering Manager to join the team. This is a full time, permanent position.
Key duties will include but are not limited to:
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of electronics engineers
- Taking responsibility for hardware design strategy and execution
- Driving the delivery of electronic systems across the full product lifecycle
- Ensuring designs are optimised for manufacturability, cost, and scalability
- Coordinating activities across engineering disciplines to achieve project goals
- Establishing best practices, tools, and processes for design and development
- Overseeing technical reviews, validation, and verification activities
- Managing requirements definition and ensuring traceability throughout development
- Supporting compliance with regulatory, safety, and EMC standards
- Working closely with suppliers and manufacturing partners to maintain quality and continuity
- Support senior stakeholders within the business
- Contributing to long-term technology planning and innovation initiatives
The successful candidate will have:
- Degree-qualified in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or similar discipline
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, project-driven environments
- Demonstrated experience leading electronics or hardware design teams
- Strong understanding of both analogue and digital circuit design
- Track record of delivering complex products into production environments
- Experience with embedded systems, including FPGA or processor-based designs
- Knowledge of high-speed or mixed-signal electronics
- Familiarity with structured development processes and design reviews
- Strong business and commercial awareness
