Our client, a leading global organisation is currently recruiting for a Electronics Design Engineer to join the team. This is a full time, permanent position.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist with the design of hardware from concept through to manufacturing.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure existing and new designs are integrated correctly for manufacturing purposes.
  • Lead on test plans on design changes.
  • Lead on debugging any issues at PCB and system level and document any findings.
  • Implement DfX as and when required.
  • Ensure quality and compliance processes are adhered to.

The Successful candidate will have:

  • Electrical/Electronics Engineering Degree BSc / BEng / HND qualification or relevant experience.
  • 4+ years experience within Electronics Design, PCB and electronics/electrical environments.
  • Knowledge and of embedded systems and FPGAs.
  • Knowledge / experience with I2C, SPI and UART.
  • Exceptional communicational and organisational skills.
  • Experience with stakeholder management at multiple levels.
  • Experience with power supply design.
