An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced solicitor to join a growing Commercial and Technology team.

The role will involve advising a diverse client base across commercial contracts, technology, intellectual property and/or data protection, alongside opportunities to develop client relationships and contribute to business growth.

About You

  • Qualified solicitor with strong experience in Commercial, Technology, IP and/or Data Protection.
  • Strong technical and commercial understanding.
  • Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
  • Ambitious and commercially minded with an interest in business development.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to mentor junior colleagues.

Partner candidates: An existing client following or proven track record of generating work would be advantageous.

Senior Associate / Legal Director candidates: An ambitious individual looking to develop their own practice and progress their career.
