Our client, a successful family-run business, are currently looking for a Business Development Executive to join their team on a full-time permanent, hybrid basis.
Main duties include:
- New business development, maintaining a good level of outbound calls.
- Qualifying leads and fact-finding.
- Building lasting relationships with clients.
- Securing appointments for field-based BDM's.
- Supporting internal teams with quotations.
- Contributing to sales campaigns.
The successful candidate:
- Previous experience in an outbound telesales role.
- Confident communicator, resilient and motivated to succeed.
- Proactive with the ability to use own initiative to identify new business opportunities.
- Strong account management skills.
- Good IT skills.
- The desire to work in a friendly team.
