This is an excellent opportunity for a Banking & Finance Associate with up to 4 years’ PQE to join a growing and ambitious team working on a broad range of high-quality domestic and international finance matters.
The successful candidate will work closely with experienced partners and lawyers across the wider national finance team, advising a diverse client base that includes banks, alternative lenders, financial institutions, funds, corporates, and not-for-profit organisations. You will gain exposure to a wide variety of transactions including:
- Corporate and leveraged finance
- Real estate finance and development finance
- Acquisition finance
- Asset-based lending
- Government and institutional finance matters
- Debt capital markets transactions
The role will also involve supporting wider corporate and real estate teams on the financing aspects of M&A, private equity, and property transactions. This position offers strong client exposure from an early stage, alongside the opportunity to become actively involved in networking and business development initiatives across the region.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 0–4 years’ PQE in Banking & Finance
- Experience gained within a recognised banking or finance practice
- Strong technical drafting and analytical skills
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
