About the Role
Eclectic Recruitment is working with an established law firm looking to recruit 2–3 PQE Property Litigation Solicitors to join its busy team on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for solicitors with strong property litigation experience who are looking to manage a varied caseload of property disputes within an established practice.
The successful candidates will be confident handling matters independently, delivering practical advice to clients and working effectively within a busy team. The firm is keen to appoint individuals who can integrate quickly and make an immediate contribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a broad caseload of property litigation matters from instruction through to resolution.
- Advising clients on a range of contentious property issues and dispute resolution strategies.
- Drafting pleadings, correspondence, witness statements and other relevant legal documentation.
- Conducting negotiations and working towards effective settlements where appropriate.
- Managing court proceedings and working with counsel and other professionals as required.
- Providing clear, commercially focused advice to clients throughout the dispute process.
- Managing competing deadlines and ensuring matters progress efficiently.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to support the wider property disputes practice.
About You
- A qualified Solicitor with strong experience in property litigation.
- Confident managing a varied property disputes caseload with an appropriate level of autonomy.
- Strong technical knowledge of property disputes and civil litigation procedures.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and analytical skills.
- A commercially minded approach, with the ability to provide clear and practical client advice.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to integrate quickly into an established team.
