An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join a highly regarded national law firm with one of the leading property practices in the UK. Consistently recognised by the legal directories, the team advises an impressive client base including institutional investors, property companies, private equity funds and major developers on a broad range of high-value commercial real estate matters.
Working as part of a collaborative national team, you will gain exposure to complex transactions across acquisitions, disposals, asset management, development and real estate finance matters. The firm offers a modern and flexible working environment, significant investment in technology and a strong commitment to supporting career progression at every stage.
Duties- Manage a varied caseload of commercial real estate matters appropriate to your level of experience
- Advise clients on asset management transactions including landlord and tenant matters
- Assist with acquisitions, disposals and financing transactions
- Draft and negotiate a range of real estate documentation
- Work closely with colleagues across multiple offices on major client matters
- Support development projects ranging from industrial schemes to large-scale regeneration projects
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE
- Experience gained within a commercial real estate team
- Strong drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Commercially minded with the ability to provide practical advice
- Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiastic team player with a desire to continue developing their expertise
