Founding Marketer (Part-time)
Location: London
Working Pattern: Part-time (Office-based or Remote)
Salary: Full-time equivalent £50,000- £60,000
Are you a B2B marketing professional who enjoys building a
marketing function from the ground up? This is an opportunity to
join an ambitious legal technology business as its Founding
Marketer.
Working closely with the founders, you will help shape the
company's market presence, build credibility with leading law
firms and establish the foundations for a scalable marketing
function. The role offers the chance to combine strategic
thinking with hands-on delivery, making a direct contribution to
the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop clear positioning, messaging and brand voice for a
specialist legal technology audience.
* Create high-quality content, including customer stories,
product launches, reports and thought leadership on AI and
litigation.
* Build targeted demand generation campaigns to support complex
B2B sales across the UK and US.
* Develop customer advocacy and work closely with sales, product
and subject matter experts to turn market insights into effective
campaigns.
* Establish marketing processes, measurement and external
partnerships to support future growth.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Has a strong track record in B2B marketing, ideally within a
technical, professional services or specialist industry.
* Is an excellent writer with the ability to communicate complex
ideas clearly and engagingly.
* Can take ownership of marketing projects from initial strategy
through to execution.
* Understands commercial priorities and the longer sales cycles
associated with enterprise clients.
* Is proactive, commercially minded and comfortable building a
marketing function from an early stage.

planning with practical delivery and wants to have a meaningful
