My client is currently recruiting for an experienced Head of HR
Operations to join a growing and forward-thinking organisation
based in Cambridgeshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR
professional to take ownership of a key operational function,
lead a team and play an important role in shaping and improving
HR processes across a growing organisation.
The Role
Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will lead a team of
three, including two junior HR Administrators who will require
supervision, coaching and development.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading and developing the HR Operations function.
* Overseeing Learning & Development activity.
* Supporting the HR Business Partner and HR Director.
* Working closely with Payroll and wider HR teams.
* Managing HR processes, policies and procedures.
* Supporting the review and rewriting of HR policies and
processes.
* Using HR systems, data and AI-enabled tools to improve
efficiency.
* Providing guidance and support to schools and stakeholders.
* Managing and negotiating with trade unions – essential.
* Coaching and developing junior HR team members.
* Driving continuous improvement across the HR function.
