We are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join a busy finance team in Cambridge on an initial three-month contract, with an immediate start available. The role will be working in the accounts receivable team working closely with their US customer base. Typical duties would include: Contacting customers regarding outstanding invoices and payments Managing credit control and debt collection activity for US customers Processing cash applications and allocating payments accurately Maintaining accurate customer records and finance documentation Working closely with the wider finance team to resolve queries and support day-to-day activity The successful candidate will ideally have: Previous experience in an administrative, customer service or office-based role Strong communication skills and confidence when dealing with customers Good attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team A willingness to learn and develop an understanding of finance processes The role will initially be fully office based in Cambridge, with the potential to work one day from home once fully trained.
