We are delighted to be working with one our long-term clients. They are recruiting for a Customer Support Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and leading customer support team
- Monitoring and reporting on tracking tools
- Performing employee evaluations and developing employees
- Acting as escalation point for operational tasks
- Setting up KPIs and other strategic initiatives
- Conducting capacity and workplace planning
- Ensuring specific support for Tier1 customers
- Occasional travel to other offices
- Ensuring the team implements best practices
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with client/server network structures
- Understanding of enterprise application environments
- Experience working with CRM systems, ideally SalesForce
- Experience leading a team
- Customer focussed mindset
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office desktop products
