Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of new product concepts from initial idea to final launch
  • Research current market trends, competitor products, and emerging innovations in the beauty/skincare sector
  • Assist in creating and refining product briefs for packaging, formulations, and artwork
  • Coordinate with designers and suppliers to develop packaging designs, labels, and artwork approvals
  • Track project timelines and ensure all NPD milestones are met
  • Maintain and update product development trackers and documentation
  • Assist in sample management, testing coordination, and feedback collection
  • Support regulatory and compliance documentation where required
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all product launches
  • Help identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in beauty, skincare, or FMCG product development
  • Good understanding of trends, packaging aesthetics, and consumer behaviour
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe, Canva, or artwork review processes (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Creative mindset with commercial awareness
