The predicted salary is between 25000 - 35000 £ per year.

Salary: £30,197 per annum

Location: Harlow, with travel required across West Essex

Hours: Full time, 37 hours a week, Monday - Thursday 08:30am - 16:30pm, Friday 08:30am - 16:00pm. Flexibility working outside of the core hours is required, including evenings and weekends.

As an Inclusive Employment Consultant, you will be key in ensuring our customers, who are predominantly people with learning disabilities and/or autism, are supported into employment, volunteering and/or community outcomes depending on the customer’s choice and their specific employment targets.

About You

To be considered for the role of Inclusive Employment Consultant, you need:

  • A full and valid driving licence with own vehicle to travel
  • Experience of directly supporting adults with a learning disability and/or autism into employment
  • To be confident in networking; building and maintaining relationships and working in a team
  • The ability to work and succeed in a target driven environment
  • Exceptional and adaptable communication skills
  • The ability to plan, prioritise and problem solve with minimal support
  • A proactive, flexible, and adaptable approach to work
  • Regular travel required to meet with customers and employers.
