Reporting into the IT function, you will be instrumental in the successful implementation, maintenance, security, and ongoing development of our digital systems. From system set-up and configuration to testing, reporting, user access management, and issue resolution, you'll ensure our systems remain reliable, secure, and fit for purpose.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across IT, HR, Payroll, Finance, Business Insight, and operational teams, as well as external suppliers, you will help drive system improvements, streamline processes, and enhance the user experience. You'll provide expert day-to-day support, troubleshoot technical issues, identify opportunities for automation and innovation, and contribute to projects that maximise the value of ECL's digital investments.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with excellent stakeholder engagement. You'll bring a natural curiosity for how systems work, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to solving problems, while building positive relationships across the organisation to deliver meaningful business improvements.
