As an Inclusive Employment Sustainment Officer, you’ll be key in ensuring our customers, who are predominately people with learning disabilities and/or autism, achieve sustainable employment.
You will hold a caseload of customers in employment and maintain communication with all stakeholders to support their ongoing journey.

About You
- Experience of supporting adults with a learning disability and/or autism
- To be confident in building and maintaining relationships
- Full driving licence and own vehicle is essential.
- Exceptional and adaptable communication skills
- The ability to work as part of a team, but also on your own initiative
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to problem solve and make decisions
- An understanding of or experience of using Training in Systemic Instruction (TSI) is desirable
- 45p paid per mile tax-free
