Are you looking to join a growing care company in a role which helps colleagues deliver excellent person centred care? ECL are looking for a proactive HR Advisor to join our team. This is a brilliant opportunity for a generalist who thrives on variety, from managing complex ER cases to driving engagement initiatives.
The HR Advisor plays a key role in promoting best practice in people management, supporting employee wellbeing, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and sector‑specific regulations such as CQC standards. You will work closely with operational management and HR teams to create an environment where employees feel valued, supported and aligned with the ECL business objectives.
To be considered as a HR Advisor, you need:
- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) or equivalent HR qualification.
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience managing employee relations casework independently.
- Ability to work with sensitivity and discretion in a confidential environment.
- Expertise in UK employment law, ER case management, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in driving employee engagement.
- UK driving licence and ability to travel between sites when required.
