About the role
We are looking for a proactive Strategy Support Officer to contribute to the delivery of the ECITB Strategy by progressing a range of developmental activities and workstreams. This is an opportunity to make a real difference by supporting the successful delivery of strategic programmes and initiatives. You will provide programme coordination and project support, build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders, and use evidence-based insights to help develop new ideas and translate them into practical proposals that drive meaningful impact across the organisation. You will also undertake research, gather evidence and conduct analysis, turning complex information into recommendations that support effective decision-making and contribute to the delivery of ECITB’s strategic priorities. Experiences & Qualifications
- Experience of undertaking research and data gathering.
- Experience of analysis work and interpreting the information to present findings clearly to support decision-making.
- Experience of coordinating projects and work across multiple activities and priorities as well as the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders while doing so.
- Proven ability to understand data from a wide range of sources.
- Ability to make creative suggestions that readily support the shaping of new ideas to help move projects forward.
- Ability to work on own initiative, including being able to address queries or issues that may arise.
- Curious approach to understanding the UK engineering construction industry, including the overall skills system and ECITB’s programmes.
- Committed to professional development and eager to explore training opportunities.
- An ability to work across teams, supported by good diplomatic and communication skills.
