About the role
We are seeking an Executive Team Administrator to play a pivotal role in supporting our Senior Leadership Team (SLT). This is a dynamic and fast-paced position, requiring exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure the seamless management of executive diaries, meetings, and communications, enabling our leaders to operate effectively and strategically.
You will play a pivotal role in maintaining trust and confidentiality across the organisation by managing sensitive information, documents, and discussions with the highest levels of integrity and discretion. As a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders, you will communicate professionally at all levels, building strong relationships through clear, confident communication and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
Experiences & Qualifications
- Experience in administration.
- Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and maintain a high level of discretion when handling confidential information.
- Proficient at using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other digital tools to support administrative and executive functions.
- An ability to build effective working relationships and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
- Capable of working independently, using initiative to solve problems and make decisions within agreed parameters.
