We are seeking an experienced Provider Compliance Manager to support ECITB Approved and Licenced Training, ensuring high standards and continuous improvement across the UK and, when required, internationally. In this role, you will ensure providers deliver ECITB licensed products and services to the required quality and compliance standards. Your primary focus will be on UK providers, with occasional support for international ones.

About you
- Holds A Level, ONC/OND, or equivalent qualifications, including Level 2 Maths and English.
- Demonstrates strong IT literacy, with experience in an engineering-related role in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Level 3 or higher vocational qualifications in Engineering, along with relevant qualifications in Teaching, Learning, Assessment, and Quality Assurance (AQA & IQA).
- Sound knowledge of quality assurance systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong understanding of observation and audit processes.
- Well-versed in training delivery and assessment practices.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Organised and efficient, with solid time management abilities.
- Capable of leading and managing teams effectively.
- Customer-focused and aware of commercial priorities.
- Able to make informed, evidence-based decisions.
- Reliable in meeting deadlines and achieving outcomes.
- Resilient under pressure and able to manage challenges constructively.
