About the role

We are looking for a customer focused and well organised individual to act as a trusted and reliable point of contact for training providers and key stakeholders. The role is focused on delivering a high standard of customer service by responding to enquiries promptly, professionally and consistently. Alongside this, the post holder will provide essential administrative, coordination and communication support to the Product Delivery team, helping to ensure the smooth delivery and effective operation of products and services. This role is key to creating an efficient and seamless customer experience.

The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively and in a timely manner with training providers, building strong relationships and ensuring a consistently positive experience. Being responsible for completing administrative processes relating to training providers accurately and efficiently. The role also requires maintaining high-quality, accurate and up-to-date data across all relevant systems.

About you

  • Demonstrable experience in an administration position.
  • Experience in providing responsive, customer-focused support, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently, issues are resolved appropriately, and a high standard of communication is maintained.
  • Good analytical skills with a solution-focused approach to problem solving.
  • Strong time management skills, demonstrating a proactive approach to organising and prioritising tasks to meet deadlines and achieve results.
  • Good IT skills encompassing Internet and MS Office applications.
