About the role
We’re looking for an Implementation Consultant who enjoys working with customers, solving problems and delivering successful ERP implementations. You will guide clients through the full implementation process of our software, ensuring they get the most value from our technology. This is a hands-on role where you combine technical knowledge with strong communication skills.
What you’ll do:
- Acting as the primary representative for new customers during implementation
- Leading workshops to map current and future business processes and perform gap analysis
- Gathering requirements and translating them into system design
- Configuring and testing the system according to specifications
- Managing data migration and validation
- Supporting go-live and providing post-implementation consulting
- Training users and sharing best practices
- Reporting on activities and time spent
- Identifying and managing potential issues in coordination with the project manager
Who you are:
You bring curiosity, technical understanding and confidence in working with business systems and customers. You communicate clearly, enjoy collaboration and are comfortable taking ownership.
We’re looking for:
- A BA or Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, Information Systems or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in software implementation or consultancy
- Strong understanding of Timber, Builders’, or Plumbers’ Merchant environments, covering both Counter sales and Yard/Warehouse logistics
- Ability to present complex concepts clearly to users with varying technical expertise
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- ERP experience is strongly preferred.
