About the role
We’re looking for an Implementation Consultant who enjoys working with customers, solving problems and delivering successful ERP implementations. You will guide clients through the full implementation process of our software, ensuring they get the most value from our technology. This is a hands-on role where you combine technical knowledge with strong communication skills. You’ll be based in our Lincoln office where around 60 colleagues support both the UK and global teams.
What you’ll do
- Act as the primary representative for new customers during implementation
- Lead workshops to map current and future business processes and perform gap analysis
- Gather requirements and translate them into system design
- Configure and test the system according to specifications
- Manage data migration and validation
- Support go-live and provide post-implementation consulting
- Train users and share best practices
- Report on activities and time spent
- Identify and manage potential issues in coordination with the project manager
Who you are
You bring curiosity, technical understanding and confidence in working with business systems and customers. You communicate clearly, enjoy collaboration and are comfortable taking ownership.
We’re looking for:
- A BA or Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, Information Systems or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in software implementation or consultancy
- Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing, operations or finance
- Ability to present complex concepts clearly to users with varying technical expertise
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- ERP experience is preferred but not required if you can demonstrate the ability to learn quickly.
