Our client is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team, overseeing the commercial delivery of three cladding projects. This is an opportunity for a commercially focused QS with strong cladding or façade experience to take responsibility for multiple projects while working within a flexible hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the commercial management of three cladding projects
- Managing project budgets, costs, variations and valuations
- Preparing and reviewing applications for payment
- Managing subcontractor accounts and payments
- Monitoring project financial performance and forecasting
- Identifying and managing commercial risks
- Working closely with project and site teams to ensure commercial control
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other project stakeholders
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Cladding / façade experience essential
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Good understanding of construction contracts and project financial management
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
