Job Summary
EC&I Partners are seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Installation Supervisor to lead on-site Electrical & Instrumentation works across various industrial and COMAH sites in the UK. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on installation skills with team leadership responsibilities and a commitment to safety, quality, and timely project delivery.
Salary & Benefits
Basic salary: £44,655 up to £65,000 (including overtime and working away)
Overtime Pay:
Time and a half after 37.5 hours (incl. travel)
Saturdays: first 6 hrs at time and a half, double time thereafter
Sundays: double time all day

Holiday: 22 days + bank holidays (Option to purchase up to 5 additional days annually)
Pension: Company match up to 6% after 3-month probation
Training: Provided with supported career progression
Accommodation: Premier Inn (single room) provided when working away
Expenses: £25 per night when staying away

Key Responsibilities
Duties detailed below but not limited to: –
Supervision & Installation of Electrical & Instrumentation systems on client sites
Supervision of team members to maintain safety and quality standards
CompEx inspections for all hazardous area installations, and final sign off
Daily co-ordination of team members including Sub-Contractors
Daily CDM supervision
Complete installations to target deadlines
Ensuring all commissioning paperwork is complete on schedule at the site handover
Ensure quality standards are met & Continuous improvement methods
Ensure safety standards on site are met (H+S /CDM Regulations)
Qualifications & Experience
Fully Qualified Electrician (C&G / AM2 / Apprenticeship or equivalent)
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
C&G 2391 Inspection & Testing
CCNSG Safety Passport
SHEA Passport
SCO1 & 2
TEM 2/3/4
COMPEX
Experience supervising small teams in a similar working supervisor role
Desirable Qualifications/Experience:
Excellent communication skills
Good knowledge of Electrical & Instrumentation drawings and systems
Ability to communicate with Clients at all levels
Ability to travel at short notice including long distance
Team player
Willing to work overtime when required
