Our client is looking for an experienced M&E Contracts Manager to join their dynamic team.

As an M&E Contracts Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for customers, managing projects from concept to completion.

You’ll build strong relationships, provide technical expertise, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients while developing new business opportunities.
  • Provide technical advice and support throughout the tendering and sales process.
  • Prepare accurate proposals and quotations in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Oversee project delivery, coordinating internal teams and subcontractors.
  • Monitor costs and profitability, ensuring projects meet financial targets.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives and identify new opportunities in the market.
  • Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Strong background in M&E engineering or MECI.
  • Proven experience in contract management and technical sales.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects on industrial sites.
  • Minimum 3 years in a similar role within engineering sectors (Water, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Manufacturing, Environmental, heavy industry).
  • HNC or equivalent qualification (electrical/mechanical apprenticeship).
  • Subject Matter Expertise in either: C&I, Automation or Hazardous Areas.
  • Comp EX01-04 qualification (highly desirable).
  • 18th edition.
  • 2391 testing and inspection.
  • SMSTS / Project management certification.
