We're currently recruiting for a Construction Project Manager to join a specialist façade contractor on a large upcoming project in Fermanagh. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in construction management within the façade or cladding sector to take ownership of site operations and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating day-to-day site operations for façade and cladding works.
- Supervising site labour and coordinating subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitoring project progress, programme and quality standards.
- Carrying out setting-out checks and verifying site dimensions.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements.
- Liaising with clients and internal design teams to resolve technical issues.
- Maintaining quality control records and as-built documentation.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in construction project management.
- Experience within façades, rainscreen cladding or building envelopes.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong organisational, communication and coordination skills.
- Relevant construction and health and safety qualifications.
- Full, valid driving licence and flexibility to travel to other sites when required
