Job Overview

We are looking for an Electrical Design Engineer to design, integrate, and test complex electrical systems. You will work with software, hardware, and project teams to deliver projects that meet client needs safely, on time and in budget.

What you will do:

  • Design electrical schematics and system layouts from scratch.
  • Integrate subsystems and ensure everything works together.
  • Test and validate systems to meet specifications.
  • Prepare technical documents: requirements, designs, test plans, manuals.
  • Collaborate with project teams and clients to solve problems.
  • Support commissioning and oversee assembly/manufacture when needed.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience with a relevant qualification or 4 years' experience in systems engineering/hardware or electrical design or equivalent role.
  • Experience in low/extra low voltage power generation (400 VAC with motor starters).
  • Proficiency in Software Packages (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical) and electrical design.
  • Good understanding of systems engineering principles and methodologies.
