To support its strong growth, Echosens is recruiting a General Manager for the UK and Ireland. As we continue to expand our presence in the UK and Ireland, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic General Manager to lead our regional operations, drive commercial performance, and strengthen our market position.

• Main activities
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the regional business strategy in alignment with global objectives.
• Commercial Management: Drive sales growth, profitability, and market share across product portfolios and business units.
• Market Development: Optimise market potential and penetration through new product and services launches, ongoing engagement with health authorities and payers, cooperation with patient associations, KOL management, competition monitoring and industry networking.
• Finance: Oversee financial performance, forecasting, and cost management for the UK and Ireland businesses.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop the team.
• Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: Ensure operations adhere to company policies, local regulations, and ethical standards governing the MedTech sector.
• Subsidiary Management: Ensure the subsidiary's efficient operation and strategic alignment with company's goals.

Your assets

• Proven track record in commercial leadership within the medical devices, MedTech, or healthcare sector.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing business strategies in a competitive healthcare environment.
• Strong understanding of NHS, and the broader healthcare reimbursement and procurement systems.
• Good knowledge of the features of a CRM (Salesforce).
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and data-driven decision-making skills.
