Due to growth, we are looking for a talented Survey Programmer to join this dynamic team.
About the Role:
As a Survey Programmer, you’ll play a crucial role in developing and programming online surveys using the Decipher platform. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on problem-solving, enjoys collaborating with others, and takes pride in delivering user-friendly, visually appealing surveys.
You’ll manage projects from start to finish, working closely with project managers and, at times, directly with clients to ensure their research goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review questionnaires to ensure you understand the research objectives.
- Program online surveys in Decipher, delivering high-quality, user-friendly links.
- Oversee projects from scripting to final data delivery.
- Provide consultative advice to project managers and clients, leveraging your experience to recommend the best solutions.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and clients.
- Manage and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines while exceeding client expectations.
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and deliverables.
About You:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised professional who loves working autonomously as well as collaborating with a team. You’ll bring a proactive approach to solving problems, meeting deadlines, and delivering exceptional results.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with Decipher or a similar survey programming platform.
- Circa 2+ years experience in a Survey Programmer role.
- Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
- Some Unix experience desirable.
- Self-motivation and the ability to identify and resolve challenges.
- Excellent time-management skills to prioritise tasks and manage daily workloads.
- A curious, collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering quality.
