This is a high-impact Associate Director role focused 75% on brand tracking and 25% on ad hoc, sitting at the heart of major retail client accounts. You\’ll lead multi-market tracking programmes, build strong senior client relationships, and shape insight stories that drive real commercial decisions.

What You\’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end brand tracking programmes
• Act as senior client partner on key retail accounts
• Turn trends, drivers, and shopper data into compelling stories
• Grow ad hoc work within established tracking programmes
• Manage multiple stakeholders across markets
• Play a visible role in the growth of key client partnerships

What We\’re Looking For

• 5 – 7+ years in quantitative research (agency side)
• Strong brand tracking background (essential)
• Retail + brand & comms experience (highly desirable)
• Confident leading clients, insight delivery, and account growth
• Commercial, strategic, and an excellent storyteller
