The Role

The Senior Research Manager (Quantitative Focus) will take a lead role in designing and delivering quantitative research projects. These include brand tracking, media testing, campaign evaluation, and audience segmentation.

The position requires both hands-on technical skills and strong client-facing ability – ideal for someone confident managing the full research cycle, from questionnaire design through to analysis, reporting, and presenting actionable recommendations.

You will also collaborate with qualitative, strategy, and creative colleagues on mixed-method projects, while contributing to the continued development of the agency\’s quantitative offering.

Candidate Profile

  • 4+ years\’ experience in a quantitative research role (Research agency preferred).
  • Proficiency in SPSS (or equivalent) and online survey platforms
  • Solid knowledge of quantitative methodologies such as U&A, segmentation, tracking, and ad testing.
  • Proven ability to manage projects independently from start to finish.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills with data.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and commercially aware.
  • Experience working on kids, youth, or family-focused projects is beneficial but not essential.
