A leading global law firm is seeking a Business Development Manager to support the growth of its Financial Services practice. This is a highly visible role, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive client engagement, identify new business opportunities, and deliver strategic growth initiatives across a key sector for the firm.

Working as part of a collaborative international team, you will help shape and execute business development plans, support major client opportunities and pitches, and use market and client intelligence to strengthen relationships and uncover new revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior lawyers and stakeholders to deliver business development and client growth strategies.
  • Identify market trends, client needs and opportunities to expand existing relationships.
  • Support strategic pitches, proposals and key business pursuits.

About You
  • Experience in business development, client development or marketing within a professional services environment (ideally with Financial Services experience).
  • Strong commercial awareness and relationship management skills.
  • Experience supporting strategic growth initiatives, pitches and client programmes.
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and influencing across multiple teams.
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication, analytical and project management skills.
