- Manage external agencies to maximise brand reach and impact.
- Oversee team delivery including press releases, award submissions, industry publication content, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Internal Communications
- Develop and deliver an internal communications strategy to ensure employees understand and engage with the organisation’s vision, goals, and key achievements.
- Partner with senior leadership and functional teams to design and roll out communications programmes supporting business priorities.
- Manage internal communication platforms and tools, including intranet, webinars, and town halls.
- Lead communications for initiatives such as CSR, DE&I, Wellbeing, and Alumni engagement.
You will have:
- 10+ years in a senior communications role, ideally within international professional services or partnership environments (legal, accountancy, or related).
- Proven track record delivering high-impact communications strategies that drive brand awareness and internal engagement.
- Experience working across multiple markets and aligning communications to business objectives.
- Knowledge of financial, professional services, or legal sectors is highly desirable.
