eDiscovery Coordinator

A highly regarded UK law firm is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Coordinator to join its Litigation Support team. Known for handling complex, high-value matters across a range of legal disciplines, the firm offers a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of law and cutting-edge technology.
About the role:
You’ll work across the full EDRM lifecycle, supporting both internally hosted projects (primarily using RelativityOne and Everlaw) and externally hosted matters managed by third-party providers. The role includes hands-on technical work, project management, and strategic input across a variety of legal areas.
You’ll also be part of exciting developments in AI-assisted review, supporting workflows using RelaiR and other advanced tools.
Responsibilities:
- Provide consultation, training, and end-to-end project management across all stages of the EDRM
- Manage discovery processes in complex disputes, employment, competition, corporate, and technology-related matters
- Lead on DSARs, multi-claimant international disputes, investigations, and employment tribunal disclosures
- Collaborate with internal legal teams and external vendors to deliver streamlined eDisclosure support
- Support the adoption and optimisation of AI and continuous active learning workflows
- Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, delivering best-in-class technical and procedural guidance
About you:
- 1-2 years hands-on experience with Relativity
- Background in a law firm or legal service provider environment preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects with varying timelines
- Familiarity with Everlaw and AI tools in eDiscovery is a plus
- Deep understanding of eDisclosure workflows across the full EDRM
- Confident communicator, with a solutions-focused mindset and attention to detail
