Client Director
Location: Hybrid (Central London – ~2 days/week)
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 + Excellent Bonus + Benefits
Overview
We’re looking for a Client Director with deep expertise in brand and campaign tracking, cross-media measurement, and marketing effectiveness. This is a senior commercial role focused on nurturing strategic client partnerships, leading high-impact research programs, and driving sustainable account growth.
You’ll join a high-performing commercial team supporting major FMCG, Retail, and Pharma brands, managing a mix of brand engagement, tracking and campaign evaluation. You\’ll bring a consultative mindset, commercial sharpness, and the confidence to advise senior stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Grow and lead key client accounts , identifying new revenue opportunities and expanding existing relationships—no cold calling required.
- Act as a trusted advisor on campaign and brand effectiveness programs (e.g., ad lift, post-launch tracking, cross-media studies).
- Guide early project scoping and client storytelling , shaping insights into strategic narratives that inspire action.
- Represent the company at industry events, high-stakes pitches, and thought leadership forums .
- Own account strategies and contribute to pipeline development through accurate forecasting and opportunity management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal research, data, and consulting teams to ensure client success.
- Help drive solution innovation , particularly in agile research, AI-powered tools, and persona-led insight delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- Circa 7+ years of experience from a Market Research agency with a strong background in insights, research, or marketing effectiveness , with a track record of growing and managing client portfolios.
- Expertise in brand tracking, campaign measurement , and media impact analysis .
- Commercially minded and relationship-driven – adept at growing business from within existing accounts .
- Confident communicator, able to guide clients when results shift unexpectedly and translate findings into business recommendations.
- Strategic thinker with strong presentation skills and an ability to bring data to life through storytelling.
- Experience working with FMCG, retail, or pharma clients is a plus.
- A collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial edge and a desire to deliver excellence.
