We’re partnering with a fast-growing, AI-enabled insights platform that’s transforming how organisations generate and act on consumer insights — moving beyond traditional research into a faster, more scalable, and tech-driven model.
This is a great opportunity for a German-speaking researcher based in the UK to work closely with DACH clients, combining strong research expertise with a more modern, SaaS-led approach to insights. You’ll still be delivering high-quality quantitative research, but with better tools, faster turnaround, and greater strategic exposure.
We’re hiring at both Consultant (4–5+ years) and Senior Consultant (6–8+ years) level. You’ll act as a trusted partner to clients across the DACH region, supporting or leading research projects end-to-end and helping translate insights into clear business impact.
You will:
- Design and deliver quantitative research projects end-to-end
- Build questionnaires across U&A, tracking, concept & creative testing
- Apply advanced methodologies such as MaxDiff, Conjoint, TURF (level dependent)
- Analyse data and deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations
- Lead or support client presentations, workshops, and stakeholder discussions (in German & English)
- Collaborate with commercial and product teams, including onboarding new clients
- Work with AI-driven tools and platforms to enhance research delivery
At Senior level, you’ll take greater ownership across client relationships, strategic direction, and project leadership.

About You:
- Consultant (4–5+ years): Strong foundation in quantitative research (end-to-end), Experience supporting clients in a consultative capacity, Exposure to core methodologies (tracking, U&A, concept testing)
- Senior Consultant (6–8+ years): Proven ability to lead projects and manage senior stakeholders, Strong experience with advanced methodologies (MaxDiff, Conjoint, etc.), Comfortable acting as a strategic advisor to clients
- For both levels: Fluent German (C1/C2) and English, Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, Experience working with B2B clients, Interest in working in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment
Nice to Have:
- Experience in SaaS, consulting, or tech-enabled research
- Exposure to enterprise or large-scale clients
- Background in fast-paced or high-growth environments
