This is a high‑impact Associate Director role focused 75% on brand tracking and 25% on ad hoc, sitting at the heart of major retail client accounts. You’ll lead multi‑market tracking programmes, build strong senior client relationships, and shape insight stories that drive real commercial decisions.

What You’ll Do
- Lead end‑to‑end brand tracking programmes
- Act as senior client partner on key retail accounts
- Turn trends, drivers, and shopper data into compelling stories
- Grow ad hoc work within established tracking programmes
- Manage multiple stakeholders across markets
- Play a visible role in the growth of key client partnerships
What We’re Looking For
- 5 – 7+ years in quantitative research (agency side)
- Strong brand tracking background (essential)
- Retail + brand & comms experience (highly desirable)
- Confident leading clients, insight delivery, and account growth
- Commercial, strategic, and an excellent storyteller
