Echo Sourcing is investing in advanced AI image and video capability to support our design and sourcing work. We're looking for a freelance AI Image and Video Specialist to join the team.
The work:
- ComfyUI image generation: building and maintaining workflows that produce buyer-grade output
- Avatar library: curating and training LoRA models for an internal avatar collection
- Image-to-video generation: tuning pipelines that turn approved stills into short, catwalk-style clips
- Recolour quality: making sure recoloured designs read as true colourways
- Model maintenance over time: retraining, drift, quality, new avatars
What you'd need to bring:
- Deep ComfyUI expertise, including workflow design and deploying workflows as a callable service
- LoRA and diffusion-model training (Flux or equivalent), with a strong eye for fashion image quality
- Image-to-video generation experience
- Prompt and parameter engineering for consistent, brand-coherent output
- Comfortable working to an ethical-AI and rights-clean standard (we use internally curated images, no real-person likeness)
