Key Responsibilities forRecruitment Consultant:

• Answering phone calls and assisting jobseekers with their enquiries
• Advertising temporary vacancies and attracting suitable candidates
• Screening and shortlisting candidates for various roles
• Completing compliance checks, including Right to Work documentation
• Managing online registrations, forms, and timesheets
• Maintaining strong client relationships and understanding their staffing needs
• Supporting the Branch Manager with recruitment and administrative tasks

Requirements forRecruitment Consultant:

• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Good level of English and Romanian (spoken and written), due to the nature of the role
• Experience in recruitment, administration, or customer service is an advantage, but not essential
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is preferred (occasional client site visits required)
