Are you an experienced Powder Coater looking to join a well-established and respected manufacturing business? Echo Personnel is recruiting on behalf of a long-standing client in Corby for skilled Powder Coaters to join their growing production team. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent role with a successful company that invests in its people and offers a supportive working environment.
Working with a variety of metal products, you'll play a key role in ensuring components leave the production line with a flawless, durable finish that meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare metal products for coating through cleaning, sanding, masking, and surface preparation.
- Operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently.
- Apply powder coatings to achieve a high-quality, consistent finish.
- Carry out quality inspections to ensure products meet required specifications.
- Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean, organised, and safe.
- Follow all company health and safety procedures.
Shift Pattern
Training Period: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
Available Shifts (Fixed Shift): 6:00am - 2:00pm or 2:00pm - 10:00pm
The successful candidate will work either the morning or afternoon shift, depending on business requirements and availability.
