ECHO Personnel is currently recruiting for 6 reliable Packers to join our clients busy production team in a temp-to-perm opportunity in Corby. Our client is a well-established manufacturer specialising in the production of plastic bottles and is looking for motivated individuals to support their growing operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Packing finished plastic bottle products safely and efficiently
- Carrying out visual quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Inspecting products for defects and reporting any issues to supervisors
- Labelling, stacking and preparing products for dispatch
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Supporting machine operators and assisting with general production duties where required
- Following all company health and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a manufacturing, warehouse or production environment is preferred but not essential
- Good attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards
- Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit
