Job Summary
Echo Personnel are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Operative / Bendi Driver to support the efficient running of our warehouse operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing stock, ensuring accurate order fulfilment, and maintaining high standards of organisation and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a Bendi/Flexi truck (valid licence essential)
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Verify products meet customer specifications before dispatch
- Handle Goods In and check deliveries
- Carry out final dispatch verification
- Assist with container off-loading
- Conduct weekly and monthly stock audits
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards within the warehouse
- Ensure all daily and monthly KPIs are met
- Follow all health and safety procedures
- Undertake additional duties as required
Skills & Experience
- Valid Bendi (Flexi) licence (essential)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Able to follow instructions and operational processes
