Essential Skills & Experience- Previous experience in production planning, manufacturing, or engineering environments
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Experience with nesting software (BySoft or similar advantageous)
- Background in CNC, laser cutting, or subcontract manufacturing environments
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g. Sage or similar)
- Forklift Truck licence
- Understanding of production KPIs and efficiency metrics
