Key Responsibilities

Essential Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in production planning, manufacturing, or engineering environments
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Highly Desirable
  • Experience with nesting software (BySoft or similar advantageous)
  • Background in CNC, laser cutting, or subcontract manufacturing environments
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g. Sage or similar)
  • Forklift Truck licence
  • Understanding of production KPIs and efficiency metrics
