Nursery Manager or Senior Nursery Supervisor

friendly, approachable and confident Nursery Manager
to join a fun and rewarding nursery in Corby. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys leading by example, supporting their team and creating a positive environment for both staff and children. The Role As Nursery Manager, you will play a key role in leading the nursery team and supporting the day-to-day running of the setting. You will be someone who is approachable and hands-on, able to guide and motivate staff while working closely with the existing Nursery Teachers and Assistants. You will also play an important role in supporting the children's development, wellbeing and learning, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the nursery team by example Provide guidance and encouragement to Nursery Teachers and Assistants Support the day-to-day running of the nursery Help create a happy, safe and positive environment for children Build strong relationships with children, parents and staff Support staff development and maintain high standards of care Work collaboratively with the existing nursery team Ensure the nursery continues to provide a fun, welcoming and rewarding environment About You We are looking for someone who is: Minimum Level 3 qualified in Childcare Experienced within a nursery or childcare setting Ideally experienced in nursery management, deputy management or supervision A confident and supportive team leader Friendly, approachable and professional Passionate about working with children Able to lead by example and support those around them Organised, reliable and able to take responsibility This is an urgent vacancy.

experienced Nursery Manager
or a
