ECHO Personnel is recruiting an FLT Counterbalance/Reach Truck Driver for one of our clients based in Corby. Our client is a well-established manufacturing business supplying products across the UK and is looking for a reliable and experienced FLT Driver to join their warehouse and production team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate Counterbalance and Reach Truck forklifts safely and efficiently
  • Load and unload deliveries
  • Move stock and materials throughout the warehouse and production areas
  • Complete stock checks and assist with inventory control
  • Ensure goods are stored correctly and safely
  • Support warehouse and production teams with daily operations
  • Carry out routine equipment checks and report any issues
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with health & safety procedures

Requirements:

  • Valid Counterbalance and Reach Truck FLT licences
  • Previous experience operating FLT trucks within a warehouse or manufacturing environment
  • Good attention to detail and awareness of health & safety procedures
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Hours: 2:00pm - 10:00pm Monday to Friday

Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour
